Nice hotel, breakfast at the First Floor in a not very big hall. Our room was pretty small for 3 people (junior suite) and with a big Parking view not so nice. The street of the hotel is quiet but very dark at night.
The rooms are very colorful and clean, it close to everything. The staff is wonderful. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here

I have worked in customer service for over 30 years. Your staff at the Omama hotel in Aosta are a total credit to the hotel.
When we arrived we were given directions to the parking garage and a map. The directions were fully explained to us and a member of staff meet us at the garage. Excellent service.
Getting outer bags out of the car we were offered help with our bags, Excellent service.
The checkin process was seamless and again excellent service.
The room was stunning loved the wallpaper. All lights works and electrical items. So pleased to see a mug to have a cup of tea in rather then a paper cup.
Staff recommend where to go what to see and places to eat.
We had a lovely stay and this was all due to the team.
The staff working on Sunday 18th June to Monday 19th June off 5 star service, they are a credit to your hotel and brand and should be congratulated.

I'm traveling Italy and France for 3 weeks and this is the fifth hotel in Italy and my favorite so far! The owner was extremely helpful.. gave me a voucher for the local attraction and allowed me to leave my luggage early. The room is very spacious and I loved their purified water station, electric kettle, coffee mugs, refrigerator, and comfy mattress. The location is perfect.. close to the bus station & train station, 3 min from a large supermarket, and a block away from the downtown area. I didn't chose the breakfast option but it was €15 and you can also use their washer and dryer for €10. The only and minor complaint that I have is the dust right underneath the curtain above the bed.
